SHIPPING POLICY

Your item will leave our store within 1-3 business days. Your order information will be emailed to you for convenient tracking.

Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2pm EST will be processed that day and ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 2 pm EST or over the weekend will be processed on the following Wednesday. 

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of saleable merchandise for exchange or store credit. We are unable to issue refunds. The following rules apply:


Returns and exchanges will gladly be accepted within 10 days of receipt.



Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags.



Alterations, special orders, personalized/engraved items, and items identified as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.



Jewelry is considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.



We reserve the right to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.



All exchanges and purchases made using store credit are final sale.
